Dubai, which is famous for its grandeur and splendor, already has the world’s tallest building, but now the second tallest building is being built there. This building is being built by the real estate firm Azizi Developments. Therefore, this building is being named Burj Azizi after the name of the company. The foundation stone of this building was laid at the beginning of this year, but at that time no much information was given about its height. Now that the officials have approved its height, it has been officially announced by the company.
What will be the height of this second tallest building in the world
Recently, Azizi Real Estate firm announced about this building and wrote that this building will be taller than all the buildings in Dubai except one. He said that its height will be around 725 meters. Let us tell you that the height of Burj Khalifa is around 828 meters.
Company owner Mirwais Azizi said in a statement that we had two designs for this building. One of these was approved to be built up to 526 meters, while the other was approved to be built up to 725 meters. He said that when we started work at the beginning of this year, we had got our foundation work done according to both the buildings. But now that we have got approval for 725 meters, we have started doing it with even more strength.
All the equipment will be available for the rich people of Dubai
The owner of Azizi firm said that all the facilities of the world will be available in this skyscraper. This 131-storey building will have apartments, an all-suite seven-star hotel and a seven-storey vertical shopping mall. Apart from this, things from all over the world will be available for the people coming here. This building will be no less than Burj Khalifa in terms of its luxury.
Just 2 miles from Burj Khalifa
The distance of Burj Azizi from the skyscraper Burj Khalifa standing on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai will be just 2 miles. At present, the second tallest building in Dubai after Burj Khalifa is Marina, whose height is about 1394 feet.
According to Azizi Developments, the building is expected to set several records, including the world’s tallest hotel lobby, the world’s tallest nightclub and the world’s tallest observation deck. The developer also said the building will set records for Dubai’s tallest restaurant (which means its 122nd-floor venue will be higher than Burj Khalifa’s 122nd-floor restaurant, At.mosphere) and the city’s tallest hotel room on the tower’s 118th floor. The city is no stranger to unique structures. These include the world’s tallest infinity pool, the world’s largest natural flower garden and the world’s largest picture frame, among others. Burj Azizi is expected to be completed in 2028, with apartment sales expected to begin in February 2025.
