Talking about GP Sippy’s film career, he started his career in the year 1951. His first film as a producer was named Saja. After this, he produced films like Brahmachari, Sita aur Geeta, Shaan, Sagar, Patthar ke Phool and Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman.

However, the most memorable film of his career was Sholay. He is still remembered for producing this film. This film proved to be such a huge hit that GP Sippy’s name was recorded in history. Apart from producing films, GP Sippy has also directed some selected films. These include films like Marine Drive, Shrimati 420, Bhai Behan and Mr. India.
