In the video, it is seen how the artisans fill gunpowder in the yarn without any safety equipment. Seeing this, people on social media are shocked and upset.
To make a twine bomb, gunpowder is filled inside the yarn and it is kept safe by tying a knot properly. After this, the finished bomb is colored green and then after drying in the sun, it is packed and sent to the market. The video of the process of making twine bombs was earlier posted on Instagram.
