According to Udaya Tithi, this year the fast of Karva Chauth will be observed on Sunday, 20th October. The auspicious time for worship on the day of Karva Chauth will be from 5.46 pm to 7.02 pm on Sunday, October 20.
Apart from this, moonrise will occur at 7.54 pm on Karva Chauth. There may be a change in the time of moon rise in different cities.
