Arup Basak (English: Arup Basak, born 3 December, 1973) is the coach of the Indian national table tennis team. He was awarded the Dhyan Chand Award in 2019 by the Government of India for his contribution to table tennis.
Arup Basak does not need any identity in the field of table tennis. Arup Basak’s career, which has represented India in international tennis for years, is now on the decline and he is considering retiring from the game.
His performance is being affected due to increasing age and right shoulder injury. Since table tennis is his life.
