(English: Mohammad Hussamuddin, born- 12 February, 1994, Nizamabad, Telangana) are Indian boxers. He has won a bronze medal for India in the Commonwealth Games, 2022 held in Birmingham, England. Mohammad Hussamuddin got 57 kg of men in boxing. (Father Wet) In the semi-finals of the weight category, Ghana’s Joseph Comi suffered a 4–1 defeat, due to which he had to be satisfied with the bronze medal.

Mohammad Hussamuddin was born on 12 February 1994 in Nizamabad, Telangana. His father M.S. Samasamuddin was also a boxer. He has also been the coach of Mohammad Hussamuddin. Mohammad Hussamuddin’s father and brothers- Astashamuddin and Etasamuddin have represented India in international boxing events. Husamuddin has 6 brothers. Mohammad Hussamuddin was married to Ayesha on 29 July 2021. They have a daughter. Mohammad Hussamuddin won a bronze medal at the first India International Open Boxing Championship in New Delhi. He competes in the 56 kg weight category. He won a bronze medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, held at the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. Mohammad Hussamuddin started his journey as a gymnast. His boxing debut took place in 2009 in the Junior National Tournament. He is 5 feet 6 inches and competes in the Bandeweight category. In 2010, Mohammad Hussamuddin made his debut at Seniors National and won the gold medal in his first senior match. The father decided to take him to Havana, Cuba for further training. Later, Mohammad Hussamuddin participated in the 2012 Tamer tournament in Finland and the Youth World Championship in Jerevan, Armenia. At the 2015 military World Games, Mohammad Hussamuddin won a bronze medal and silver medal in the GB Boxing Tournament.
