This year both BSE and NSE will conduct Muhurat trading session on Friday, November 1 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The stock market will not open at 9:15 am – markets will remain closed during the day. In line with the long-standing tradition of trading during Diwali, investors can invest tokens in this evening session. Historically, when examining the data, it is clear that Muhurta trading sessions have often been bullish, even though trading volumes have generally been low. In the last 16 years, Sensex and Nifty have closed with a green mark in 13 Muhurat trading sessions. History of Muhurat Trading: In the last few years, there has been a continuous increase in the number of Muhurat trading days. There was an increase of about one percent in the year 2022.

The biggest trading session during the financial crisis was on October 28, 2008, when the indices rose by 6 percent. This is the biggest increase on the day of Muhurta trading.
