According to the Panchang, Bhadrapada month is currently going on and the Ekadashi falling on the Ekadashi date of Shukla Paksha of this month is known as Parivartini Ekadashi which destroys all sins and gives salvation to the person.
Worshiping Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi on this day brings auspicious results. Parivartini Ekadashi is also known as Jaljhulani Ekadashi which will be observed on 14 September this year and its end will be on 15 September. Donate these things on Ekadashi-
On the day of Parivartini Ekadashi, donation of rice, wheat, pulses and grains is considered auspicious. It is believed that by donating these things on Ekadashi, there is never a shortage of food in the house. In Hinduism, donation of water and food is considered the greatest. In such a situation, by donating water on this day, the person attains salvation as well as auspicious results. If clothes are donated to the poor and needy on Ekadashi Tithi, then Mother Lakshmi and Lord Vishnu become happy and fulfill all the wishes of the devotees.
Donating money on Ekadashi is also considered good. Doing so improves the financial condition. Apart from this, if seasonal fruits are donated, respect increases and sorrows and troubles go away. Donating sweets on Ekadashi Tithi keeps the family life sweet.
