The 1989 Lok Sabha elections R.K. VS Perry was under the supervision of Shastri. R. VS Perry Shastri was born in Bhimilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh. He has his MA in English The degree was obtained from the University of Madras. The Election Commission was a member from 1950 to October 15, 1989, but VP Singh’s government made it multipleteen on October 16, 1989 through a notification for the first time. Under this notification, Chief Election Commissioner R.K. VS Under Perry Shastri, two Election Commissioners S.K. S. Dhanova and V.S. Saigal was appointed. The President dissolved it on 1 November 1990 even before the new system functioned smoothly. R. VS Elections were held in Jammu and Kashmir on 23 March 1987 under the supervision of Perry Shastri. At that time, more than 70 percent of the people in the valley exercised the franchise.
