S. V. Krishnamurthy Rao (English: SV Krishnamoorthy Rao, born- November 15, 1902; died- November 18, 1968) was an Indian National Congress politician. He was a member of the ‘Upper House’ of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) from 1952 to 1962.
S. V. Krishnamurthy Rao was a member of the Rajya Sabha for two sessions – from 3 April 1952 to 2 April 1953 and from 3 April 1956 to 1 March 1962. He was also the Deputy Chairman of the Rajya Sabha – from 31 May 1952 to 2 April 1956 and from 25 April 1956 to 1 March 1962. V. Krishnamurthy Rao was also the Deputy Speaker of the Lok Sabha from April 23, 1962 to March 3, 1967.
