Tapir Gao (English: Tapir Gao, born October 1, 1964, Arunachal Pradesh) is an Indian politician. He is a Bharatiya Janata Party politician and the President of Arunachal Pradesh unit. He is a member of the Seventeenth Lok Sabha.
Tapir Gao was also a member of the 14th Lok Sabha (2004–2009). He represents Arunachal East constituency for BJP. Tapir Gao lost his seat in 2009 and 2014, but was elected to the Lok Sabha for the second time in 2019. In the year 2011, he was the General Secretary of BJP. In February 2020, Tapir Gao raised the issue of exclusion of several areas of Arunachal Pradesh from the political map of India in the Lok Sabha.
