The two were married on August 27, 1980. They have two daughters and a son. This relationship went on well for about 25 years, but then bitterness started arising.

The day of May 8, 2006 was when their relationship took a different turn and they started living separately. After this, the husband filed a divorce case in 2013 alleging mental cruelty. When the application was rejected from there, then reached the High Court.

The lawsuit continued for 11 years

He has got divorce after 11 years of trial here and after giving an amount of Rs 3 crore to his wife for living, he has separated from the relationship.

This amount of settlement will be given through cash, demand draft, gold and silver. It is clear that the husband is ready to give earnings as a husband settlement. According to the information received so far, the elderly have sold land worth Rs 2.16 crore to pay this amount.

50 rupees have paid cash

Apart from this, Rs 50 lakh cash has been paid, this amount has been raised by selling crops. At the same time, he is also giving jewelry worth 40 lakh rupees.

It has also been decided in this agreement that even if the elderly dies, the wife and her children will not have any right to the property. The decision has been pronounced by the bench of Justice Sudhir Singh of High Court and Justice Jasjit Singh Bedi.
