A strange incident happened with a 58-year-old man from China while he was sleeping. While he was sleeping, a cockroach entered his windpipe through his nose and reached his throat. While sleeping, the man felt that something was crawling on his nose, by the time he removed it, the cockroach had entered his body. The young man also coughed a lot at night, but when he did not realize it, he went to sleep.
According to local Chinese news outlets, this incident happened in Haikou, Hainan province of China. After the cockroach reached the throat through the nose, a strange smell started coming from the man’s throat. At first he ignored it, but when the smell did not go away for a few days even after brushing and washing the mouth, he thought of consulting a doctor. During this time, yellow spit also started coming out of his mouth. The man went to an ENT expert and told him about his problem.
After this, the doctor also checked the man’s windpipe, but nothing unusual was seen there. When the man told the doctor that he was having more trouble, he was then sent to another doctor Lin. Here a CT scan of his chest was done. This report showed that something was found stuck in the posterior basal segment of the man’s right lower lung lobe.
After this, the doctor asked him for another test and his bronchoscopy was done. In this report, it was found that the thing was nothing but a cockroach. Dr. Lin said that I saw a winged thing in the bronchoscopy. A lot of phlegm was wrapped, when it was removed, there was a dead cockroach inside. Later the doctor took out that cockroach and after a few days the person recovered completely.
