V. Shanmuganathan (English: V Shanmuganathan, born on November 21, 1949) was the Governor of the Indian states of Meghalaya, Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh. You had joined Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in 1962 itself. V. Shadmukhanathan was also known as a good writer. He also wrote three books in Tamil.
V. Sammuganathan was born on 21 November 1949 in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. In 1970, he did his M.Phil in Political Science from Madras University. Completed and received a gold medal from the Vice-Chancellor of Madras University, T.P. Meenakshi Sundaram. In 1962, V. Sammuganathan joined the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. In 2003, he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party, where he was made the Additional Secretary of BJP Parliament Office and Foreign Affairs. Later V. Samuganathan was appointed to the Defense and Research Cell. V. Samuganathan is also known as a writer. He has written three books in Tamil. Has written more than 600 articles in famous newspapers and magazines in English and Tamil.
