Political News Desk !! Vinod Chandra Pandey (English: Vinod Chandra Pandey, born- 16 February 1932; death- 7 February 2005) was a civil servant of Rajasthan cadre. He was also a Cabinet Secretary in 1989–1990. He also served as the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand.
Vinod Chandra Pandey was born on February 16, 1932 in a family in Jammu and Kashmir, contributing two other cabinet secretaries (BD Pandey and Kamal Pandey). Vinod Chandra Pandey was a cabinet secretary under the then Prime Minister VP Singh from December 23, 1989 to December 11, 1990. He was the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh from June 12, 2003 to 15 December 2004, Bihar Governor and Governor of Jharkhand from February 23, 1999 to June 12, 2003 from February 4, 2002 to July 14, 2002. He died on 7 February 2005 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, two months after leaving the post of Governor of Arunachal Pradesh.
