Why do we celebrate Vishwakarma Puja?
According to religious beliefs, Lord Vishwakarma was incarnated on the day of Kanya Sankranti. For this reason, this day is celebrated as Vishwakarma Jayanti or Vishwakarma Puja. Lord Vishwakarma is considered to be the creator of all the divine cities like Swarga Lok, Pushpak Viman, Kuberpuri.
Apart from this, Lord Vishwakarma also built the golden Lanka and Lord Krishna’s Dwarka city. It is believed that by worshipping Lord Vishwakarma on this day, obstacles in the workplace are removed and desired success is achieved in business.
