Life introduction
Waheeda Rehman was born on 3 February 1938 in a traditional Muslim family in Hyderabad. Waheeda Rehman had dreamed of becoming a doctor since childhood, but it was not acceptable to luck, due to infection in the lungs, she could not get proper education. In Bharatanatyam, Praveen Waheeda Rehman was inspired to act with his parents. In 1955, he got an opportunity to work in two Telugu films one by one.

Film CID In (1956), Guru Dutt brought the role of the villain to Bombay (present Mumbai). CID After the success, Waheeda Rehman got the role of heroine in the film Pyaasa (1957). The failed love affair of Guru Dutt and Waheeda Rehman started from the film Pyaasa. The unsuccessful Prem Katha of the film Paaz Phool (1959) starring Guru Dutt and Waheeda Rehman was based on their own life. Both actors worked together in the film fourteenth’s Chand (1960) and Sahib Bibi and Ghulam (1962).

On October 10, 1964, Gurudutt allegedly committed suicide after which Waheeda became alone, but still he did not turn his career and received the Filmfare Award Award for the Guide in 1965. After the 1968 ‘Neelkamal’, once again, Waheeda Rahman’s career started touching the heights of the sky. Actor Kamaljeet, who worked with him in 1974, proposed to marry him, which Waheeda Rehman gladly accepted and tied the knot. Marriage
In 1963, there was a rift between Guru Dutt and Waheeda Rehman and the distance between them increased. In 1964, Guru Dutt committed suicide. Waheeda Rehman married Kamaljeet Singh, who was accompanied by a hero in the film Shagun (1964) on 27 April 1974.
