M. N. Kaul (English: MN Kaul, born- 16 September, 1901; died- 20 November, 1984) was the secretary in the first Lok Sabha and the second Lok Sabha of India. He was made the Lok Sabha Secretary General in the third Lok Sabha.
M. N. Kaul was born in Kashmir, India.
He received his education from Cambridge University. He also studied at the London School of Economics.
After completing his education, M.N. Kaul started his advocacy from Allahabad High Court.
M. N. Kaul was appointed Secretary of the Lok Sabha after the first general election to the Lok Sabha in India. He retired on August 31, 1964 after 17 years of service as Secretary.
He was the Secretary General of the Lok Sabha from August 15, 1947 to August 13, 1964.
