This situation is very scary. This shows how much mental stress is there in people in today’s time. According to this data, 79 percent of suicides around the world are committed by people of low and middle class countries. When someone is mentally disturbed, then you will see changes in his behavior for some time. Such people often like to stay away from things and people. Also, such people keep distance from social media.

Neuropsychologist Dr. Sona Kaushal Gupta says that if you are born, then death is certain, but do not try to go against the set time, you cannot get life again. Understand that the most precious thing for you is yourself. Your relatives, friends, money, reputation or job are important in life, but not as much as your own life. Life is the only thing that you cannot get again. Therefore, always consider yourself the most important. Change is the rule of nature and society. After the lockdown, there was a steady increase in suicide cases in Dehradun. While only six cases of suicide were reported in March 2020, it increased two and a half times to 14 in April 2020 during the lockdown. In May, this figure reached 25 and in June it reached 34. Even though the process of unlocking has started, stress is still dominant. 25 cases of suicide were reported in August 2020. In the year 2020, a total of 176 people embraced death in Dehradun from January 2020 to August 2020. In this, the maximum 126 cases were of suicide by hanging. Apart from this, 29 committed suicide by consuming poison, 12 committed suicide due to family dispute and 09 committed suicide due to other reasons. In the police investigation, stress was found to be the reason in 90 percent of the cases.[1]
