A mock interview of Pakistan’s military exam is going viral on social media. Former Pakistani military officer Sarmad Muhammad Khan, who runs the ‘World Times Forces Academy’, asked the candidate Ali Abbas, “Who is your favorite actress?” The candidate took the name of Pakistani actress Dur-e-Fishan Salim. Then he was asked what do you like in her? The answer came – eyes. Then he was asked what do you like below her neck? On this, he starts smiling and says – hands.
Question asked about Katrina Kaif
A few minutes later, Khan asked Abbas, “Who is your favourite actress in Bollywood?” The candidate said, “Sir, Katrina Kaif.” Khan told the candidate a situation in which “India is planning a nuclear attack on Pakistan and Katrina Kaif has information on how we (Pakistan) can stop them. She has asked you to build a relationship with her to get the information… will you do it?” The candidate said, “Sir, obviously for the security of the country, I have to do it.”
The interviewer further told the candidate, “The situation is the same but you are in Afghanistan and a person named Gul Khan has asked you to do the same to get information, will you still do it?” The candidate asked, “What kind of relationship?” Khan reprimanded the candidate and said, “Is this your character?” Khan then gave feedback to Abbas and pointed out the flaws in his answers.
Many users on Twitter and Instagram reacted to the video and mocked Khan’s questions. Some users from Pakistan also shared their experience of giving ISSB interview and said that it “feels relevant to them”. The video has been viewed more than 89000 times on YouTube. In the video, candidate Ali Abbas was giving a mock interview for the 119th Long Course of Pakistan Military Academy.
