According to the report, the 30-year-old woman from Sukhothai province has been identified as May. It is being told that the woman was an employee in an electronics company in Bang Pu Industrial Estate in Muang district of Samut Prakan province. The woman’s colleagues have shared screenshots of the group chat on the Facebook page. In which it is claimed that the company manager did not give her sick leave. When the woman told about her problem, the manager asked her to bring a medical certificate. She died while working due to illness.

An employee working in May’s company said that May first took leave from 5 to 9 September with a medical certificate. When she was diagnosed with inflammation in the large intestine. She had to be hospitalized for four days. After being discharged from the hospital, May told her friend that there was no improvement in her condition. After this, she decided to take leave for two more days.

On the evening of September 12, May asked the manager for sick leave on September 13, saying her condition had worsened. The manager said she would have to submit another medical certificate before coming to work, as she had already taken several sick days. According to the woman’s friends, May had never taken medical leave before falling ill recently.

Fearing she would lose her job, May felt very ill on September 13. Her friend said she collapsed on the floor and fainted after working for just 20 minutes. May was rushed to the hospital and sent for emergency surgery. She was pronounced dead the next day, Saturday evening.
