Tehran: A sensational case of disappearance of 3 Indian members of the same family has come to light in Iran. After this, the Indian Embassy in Iran raised the matter to the Iranian officials on Wednesday. The Indian Embassy said that it has raised the case of three Indian citizens who went missing in Iran to the officials there. The three missing people belong to the same family and they suddenly lost contact during his visit to Iran. Since then no information has been found about them.
Posting on the microblogging platform X, the embassy said, “Family members of the three Indian citizens have informed the embassy that their relatives have been missing since Iran’s visit to Iran.” After this, this issue has been seriously raised before the Iranian officials. However, the Indian mission did not clarify when and where the three citizens went missing.
Embassy demands immediate action
The Indian Embassy has assured that immediate action has been sought from Iranian officials. So that the missing Indians can be detected as soon as possible and their safety can be ensured. The embassy said, “We have taken up the matter before the Iranian officials and requested them to discover the missing Indian citizens soon”. It was further informed in the post that the embassy is regularly informing the families of the victims and all possible steps are being taken. (PTI)
