New York: 4 students from India, China and Nepal together have given a tough challenge to US President Donald Trump’s exile. 4 students together have filed a petition against their potential exile. These four students study at the Government University in American Michigan. These include an Indian student. These four students have filed a lawsuit against the possible exile from the US after their student immigration status was abolished by ‘illegal’.
Those who filed the appeal include Chinmay Devre of India, Jiangay Bu and Kiui Yang of China and Yogesh Joshi of Nepal. These students on Friday filed a case against the ‘Department of Homeland Security’ (DHS) and immigration officials. The petition alleged that his student immigration status in ‘Students and Exchange Visiting Information System’ (SEVIS) was illegally terminated ‘without adequate notice and clarification’.

The complaint includes the names of DHS Secretary Christie NoM, Executive ICE Director Todd Leone and ICE Detroit Field Office Director Robert Lynch.
