Indian Woman Detained at America Airport: There has been a lot of bad behavior with the Indian women entrepreneur at an airport in the US. This was followed by the female entrepreneur Shruti Chaturvedi herself through social media. Shruti has said that he was kept in custody for eight hours at an US airport. The woman said that a male officer also conducted a physical examination of her as she had a power bank in her bag, which was considered suspicious.
Flight left
Chaturvedi, the India Action Project and the founder of Chapani, said that he was not allowed to use the toilet and missed his flight. His mobile phone and purse were also taken away from him. In the X post, Chaturvedi spoke about his worst experience at the Encourage Airport in Alaska, where his warm clothes were removed, they were waited in a cold room, police and FBI questioned, even refused to call a phone call. All this happened due to a power bank in his handbag.
Shruti Chaturvedi also said
Shruti Chaturvedi in her post tagged India’s Foreign Minister S Jaishankar and the Ministry of External Affairs, saying, “I don’t need to imagine, the worst 7 hours have already passed and we all know why.” Shruti’s case is enough to explain how American immigration policies are getting strict under the administration and policy changes of President Trump. Such an atmosphere has promoted apprehension among international travelers.
