It is being told that according to the news of ‘MyRepublica.com’, nine people died in Kathmandu, 16 in Lalitpur, five in Bhaktapur, three in Kavrepalanchok, two each in Panchthar and Dhankuta and one each in Jhapa and Dhading. Police said that 226 houses have been submerged in Kathmandu and a rescue team of about three thousand security personnel has been deployed by Nepal Police in the affected areas.
