The US launched several airstrikes in Yemen’s Hothi-controlled areas late on Thursday night and Friday morning. These attacks targeted the hostels associated with the Hothis. According to media reports, at least three people have died in the attacks.
The US Central Command said in a statement on Friday that American forces attacked the hurts associated with Iran -backed Hothis in Yemen. This action has been taken by the Hothis in response to the attacks on ships in the Red Sea and surrounding areas.
According to the statement, “The objective of the attacks is to reduce the military capabilities of the Hothis and ensure the safety of international sea routes.”
According to local media reports, the aerial attacks were carried out in the halt-controlled areas such as the capital Sana, Hoodida and Al-Jauf. So far, three people have been reported to have died and many others have been reported injured, although there is no official confirmation.
After these attacks, there is no official response from the rebels.
