The US Finance Department has a list of specially designated citizens and terrorists. A statement issued by the letter information office on Monday said, “Information about the identity shared by the Director General of ISPR fully matches the information of Hafiz Abdur Rauf, which is a member of Lashkar-e-Taiba’s senior leadership since 1999 and part of the US restriction list.
