Bangladeshi Students.
Dhaka: Students who forced the then Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina to leave the country and have formed a new party. Along with this, Bangladeshi students have raised Jaggar against India on the very first day. The student group, who led the protest against Hasina in July-August 2025, announced the formation of a political party on Friday, saying that there will now be no place for pro-India and Pakistan politics in the country. Due to this, there is a possibility of more bitterness in India and Bangladesh relations.
Against discrimination, the student (SAD) organized a rally at Manik Mia Avenue of Dhaka and decided to set up a ‘Ethnic Citizen Party’ or Rashtriya Citizen Party (NCP). Its convenor is Nahid Islam, one of the prominent leaders of the July-August rebellion. Student leaders also released an a declaration in the event, in which representatives of some political parties and the Vatican and the diplomats of Pakistan also participated. Hasina’s rule of over 15 years came to an end on August 5 last year due to the student movement. Three days after this development, Muhammad Yunus took over as the Chief Advisor of the Interim Government, who is effectively Prime Minister.
Mohammad Yunus got support
This party is supported by Mohammad Yunus. NCP’s first rally began with the text of Quran, Bhagavad Gita, Bible and Tripitaka, followed by the national anthem. One minute silence was also kept in memory of those killed during the July rebellion. NCP convenor Nahid Islam said, “There will be no place for pro -India and pro -Pakistan politics in Bangladesh. We will build the state keeping in mind the interests of the people of Bangladesh and Bangladesh. “He said,” We want to talk about the future. We want to go beyond the past and discuss the possibilities of Bangladesh. “SAD coordinator Nusrat Tabassum supported Islam, saying that the party” will be completely Bangladesh-oriented and will be dedicated to the country’s progress. “
Said-children of laborers will become leaders
SAD member secretary Arif Sohail said, “People will no longer accept elite groups or dynastic loyalty. Instead, future leaders will emerge from the working class who will be the children of farmers, laborers and daily laborers. ”Most of the NCP leaders started their political journey under the 2018 Dhaka University Central Students Union (DUCSU) during the 2019 Dhaka University Central Students Union (DUCSU) elections during the 2018 movement for the improvement in the quota system for government jobs. The new party is being started with the support of Yunus, who held the post of Chief Advisor in August 2024. However, neither Yunus nor any representative of his advisory council attended the ceremony. (Language)
