There is a case of a bank in Germany
According to media reports, this case happened in Germany in the year 2012 when due to fatigue, an amount worth crores was transferred to the account by a clerk. Actually, the clerk fell asleep due to fatigue during the transaction and transferred 222 million euros instead of 64.20 euros to an account.
However, this was immediately noticed by another employee and the mistake was rectified. This error was corrected before the transaction was completed. Later the matter was taken to the German Labor Court, where the court said that Clark did not commit this mistake intentionally but it happened due to work pressure.
