Washington: US President Joe Biden will host the fourth summit of Quad leaders at his Delaware residence next week. This will probably be the last summit of his tenure. Because there is a presidential election in America on November 5. After this, the new president will take office by January. The White House spokesperson has given this information about the Quad summit. The Quad (Quadrilateral Security Dialogue) includes four countries – Australia, India, Japan and America.
Although India was going to host the Quad this year, now it will host the summit next year. The Quad Leadership Summit is Biden’s initiative and one of the major traditions related to the foreign policy of the outgoing US President. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said, “President Joseph R. Biden Jr. will host the fourth summit of Quad leaders in Wilmington, Delaware on Saturday, September 21.

US President Joe Biden is eagerly waiting for PM Modi at this summit. Apart from this, Biden is very excited to welcome Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida. “President Biden will host foreign leaders in Wilmington for the first time – this reflects his deep personal relationship with each of the Quad leaders and the importance of the Quad to all our countries.” He said that the Quad foreign ministers have met eight times in recent years and the governments of the Quad countries continue to meet and coordinate at all levels.
