Scene after plane crash
A passenger aboard the Azerbaijan Airlines plane that crashed on Wednesday near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan captured the moments before and after the accident on his camera. The horrifying scene inside the plane has come to light in this video. The Embraer 190 jet was en route from Baku in Azerbaijan to Grozny in Russia. Meanwhile he became a victim of an accident. 38 people died in the accident while 29 people survived.

People are seen dragging themselves here and there inside the plane. The seats of the plane have broken and scattered. The luggage of the passengers is scattered here and there.
‘The Embraer’ 190 crashes
Azerbaijan Airlines had earlier said its Embraer 190 plane had to make an emergency landing three kilometers from the city. Officials said the plane had flown from Azerbaijan’s capital Baku to the Russian city of Gronji. Initially it was reported that after a bird hit the plane, the pilot decided to divert the plane towards Aktau and had to make an emergency landing. Those on board the aircraft included five crew members.
42 citizens of Azerbaijan on board the plane
According to Azerbaijan Airlines, 42 passengers on board the plane were citizens of Azerbaijan. Apart from this, there were also 16 Russian citizens, six citizens of Kazakhstan and three citizens of Kyrgyzstan. In a video taken from a mobile phone that surfaced online, the plane can be seen falling rapidly to the ground and bursting into flames. Another footage showed the tail section of the plane being separated from the wings and the rest lying upside down in the grass.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev was on a visit to Saint Petersburg and returned to Azerbaijan upon hearing news of the accident. Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke to Aliyev by phone and expressed his condolences. Authorities in both Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are investigating the accident.
