Bus carrying Indian tourists crashes in Nepal, 25 people injured

The bus carrying Indian tourists crashed in Nepal in which at least 25 Indian tourists were injured. The police gave this information on Saturday.

Police said that some people have been admitted to the Community Health Center in Tulsipur, Balrampur for treatment.

He said that the incident took place near Chisapani in Dang district of Nepal on Friday when the brakes of the bus going to Pokhara with Indian tourists failed, causing it to crashes.

Police said 25 tourists were injured in the accident, most of which are residents of Lucknow, Sitapur, Hardoi, Barabanki districts.

Tulsipur police officer Brijanandan Rai said that the injured were admitted to the health center in Garhwa in Nepal from where 19 people were brought to Tulsipur Community Center in Balrampur via ambulance.

He said that some tourists were discharged after first aid, while the condition of three is critical, who are being treated in Nepal’s hospital.
