Donald Trump, US President.
Washington: US President Donald Trump made a big announcement about the rights of women players as soon as he came to power. He had said that now he will not allow injustice to women and men will no longer be given entry in women’s games. Along with this, Trump had announced the removal of the column of the transgenders from the law of his country and also signed the executive order. After this, the man or transgender who made gender changes was disrupted the way for women to enter the sports forever.
But this order of Trump was not accepted by the Democratic Governor of Mine State. Hence a case was filed against this state. The Trump administration said on Wednesday that it is filing a lawsuit against the education department of the Mine State for not implementing the government order for the girls ‘players’ participation in sports. The lawsuit is being filed amid a dispute arising a few weeks ago between the Republical administration and the Democratic Party Governor Janet Mills.
Trump said-will keep fighting for women
Following the dispute, the Trump administration had threatened to cut the federal funds of the Mine State, while Mills told the President that she would move the court in the matter. “We will continue to fight for women,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said at a press conference. Trump’s Department of Education and Health and Human Services has said that the education department of Mine Province is violating the anti -discrimination federal law by allowing transgenders to participate in girls teams. Trump signed a government order in February to ban transgenders participating in women’s games. (AP)
