The issue of terrorism was discussed between India and United Nations officials.
New York: Under-Secretary-General Vladimir Voronkov of the United Nations Anti-Terrorism Office (UNOCT) and the Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate (CTED) Assistant Secretary-General Natalia Gaurman recently met with a delegation of the Government of India. In this meeting, there was a thorough discussion on the ongoing cooperation between India and the United Nations against terrorism. Unique and CTED officials expressed deep condolences on the terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April 2025. Both sides committed to increase technical and strategic cooperation to deal with the new threats of terrorism.
Emphasis on unique and CTED cooperation with India

The United Nations spokesman told the news agency ANI that the meeting took place during the Indian technical team visit in New York.
