Amid increasing political tension over immigration in the US, President Donald Trump has once again shown strictness globally. The new sanctions imposed by President Donald Trump on the visit of citizens of 12 African and West Asian countries came into effect from Monday.
In the new order signed by President Trump on Wednesday, new travel restrictions have been imposed on those from seven additional countries who are outside the US and who do not have a valid visa.
The new ban does not cancel the already issued visa. Countries on which this ban has been implemented include Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, Congo Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Irritriya, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen.
The new visa ban will apply to citizens of Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leon, Togo, Turkmenistan and Venezuela.
