There was no immediate information about the casualties or major damage from the earthquake.

Earthquake occurred in Afghanistan

A strong earthquake occurred in Afghanistan on the morning of Sunday (May 25, 2025), its intensity was measured at 4.2 on the Richter scale. The earthquake came 135 km below the ground. The National Earthquake Science Center gave this information. The Science Center said that this morning (Indian time), there was a strong tremors of earthquake in Afghanistan at 6.33 pm.
