Brussels: Ukraine, who is weakened in the war against Russia, is now getting a big support. Till now, the morale of Ukrainian soldiers was breaking after the US refused to help Ukraine. But now European countries have pledged to open Ukraine openly. In the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, the European Union has pledged to send an additional billions of dollars to help Ukraine. Due to this, Ukraine’s President Jailonski’s encouragement has started increasing again.
Meanwhile, the American messenger met Russian President Vladimir Putin amidst questioning marks on Russia’s wish to end the war that has been released for more than three years. Ukraine has supported the US ceasefire proposal but Russia has stopped it effectively by imposing far -reaching conditions. European governments have accused Putin of pulling back. US President Donald Trump said in his post on social media, “Russia will have to move forward to end the war. War “terrible and fruitless.”
America is putting pressure on Russia to stop ceasefire
Russia said on Friday that American envoy Steve Witchoff met Putin in St. Petersburg. Vicchoff is pressurizing the Kremlin to accept the ceasefire. He had earlier met Russia’s messenger Kiril Dimitiv. Russia’s news agency ‘Riya Novosti’ said in a report that the meeting between Putin and Vitkoff took place for four and a half hours and during this time both discussed the “aspects of the war”. Meanwhile, after presiding over a meeting of Western supporters of Ukraine at Brussels on Friday, Britain’s Defense Minister John Heli said that 21 billion euros have been promised to provide new military assistance.
