At least 27 people have died due to the storm in the entire central and south parts of America. Out of these 18 people died due to a tornado in Kentuki.
Kentuki Governor Andy Aashear said on Saturday that 18 people died in his state and 10 others have been admitted to the hospital in critical condition. The disastrous storm in Kentuki damaged houses and vehicles and made many people homeless.
Unknown said that some parts of two dozen roads of the state have been closed and some may take several days to reopen. He said that the deceased number is expected to increase. Many people have also died in Missouri.
Mayor Kara Spencer, St. Lewis in Missouri, said that five people died in his city, 38 people were injured and more than 5,000 houses were affected.
These storms were part of the horrific weather system on Friday, causing a tornado in Wisconsin, millions of people in the Great Lex region had to live without electricity and there were severe hot winds in Texas.
The buildings were damaged due to the storm on Friday afternoon, trees and electric poles fell. The authorities have appealed to the local people to go to safe places. The Spencer said, “It is really devastating.”
