Passenger aircraft caught fire at South Korean Airport. All 176 people aboard the aircraft have been safely evacuated. The leading news agency here, Yonhap, said that on Tuesday, a passenger aircraft caught fire at an international airport in the second largest city in South Korea, causing 176 people aboard the aircraft. The news agency reported that Air Busan aircraft, which left for Hong Kong from Gimhe International Airport in South-Eastern Busan, caught fire at around 10.30 pm local time (1330 GMT).
Yonhap said a total of 169 passengers and seven flight attendants were pulled out of the inflatable slides, although no information was given about the causes of the fire. It said that one person was injured, but no other details were given.
Changed aircraft in fire shell
