Abuja: The incidents of Hisa in Nigeria are not taking the name of stopping. The situation has deteriorated so much that the President himself has to come forward and make a statement. President said Tinubu said that a Christian farmer community has been attacked by Muslim gunmen in the north-central part of the country. At least 40 people have been killed in these attacks. It is believed that the gunmen, who are disguised by the shepherd, have carried out the incident.

According to the human rights organization ‘Amnesty International’, gunmen had suddenly carried out the attack. The attack was done so fast that people did not get a chance to escape. Children and elders are also among the dead.

The gunmen involved in the attacks usually belong to the Muslim tribe named Phulani. The gunmen take advantage of the flaws in the security system and make fatal attacks on farmers. (AP)
