Questions are being raised once again about US President Joe Biden’s memory. Another forgettable incident happened with him when he shared the stage with Quad leaders in Delaware on Sunday morning. At this event, Biden, PM Modi, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Japan’s Fumio Kishida launched the Cancer Moonshot initiative to reduce the burden of cancer in the Indo-Pacific. During this, Joe Biden suddenly introduced PM Modi on the stage and said, “Who am I introducing next?” Then Joe Biden asked, “Who’s next?”
After speaking about the Cancer Moonshot initiative, Biden was to introduce PM Modi on the stage. But the US President stumbled and appeared confused about his next move. When PM Modi came forward for his address, the moderator of the event announced his name.

In recent years, Joe Biden has had episodes of freezing and stumbling over his words during public events, raising concerns about the 81-year-old president’s mental state. Earlier, when Biden arrived in Italy during the G7 summit, he saluted Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni in a slightly different manner. After this, he suddenly moved away from the group during the photo session. In the video of his meeting with Meloni, Biden was seen slowly walking on the stage after meeting Meloni, then first the two hugged each other and talked for some time. After this, Biden placed his hand on his forehead and after saluting Meloni, he slowly left the stage.
