America Helicopter Crash: Helicopter has crashed in Manhattan, USA. The accident occurred on Thursday in the Hudson River of New York. Six people, including three children, have died in this accident. Giving information, the officials said that the accident took place between Lower Manhattan and Jersey City. Rescue operations have been started after the accident.

Five people from the same family include the dead

New York Mayor Eric Adams reported that the dead include Pilot and five people from a family in Spain. Sharing information on X, the New York Police Department said, “A helicopter has crashed near the West Side Highway and Spring Street in the Hudson River.”

In the video shared on social media, the helicopter is seen completely submerged in water. The sky was cloudy at the time of the accident, the wind speed was about 10 to 15 mph. Light rain was expected. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said it is working with the National Transport Safety Board (NTSB).

What did the eyewitness tell

Bruce Wall, an eyewitness on the spot, reported that he saw the helicopter breaking into the air. The propeller was walking without a helicopter while falling the helicopter. The other eyewitness Danny Horbiyak was at his house in Jersey City, when he heard a loud voice. When looked out of the window, the helicopter fell into the river in several pieces. Another eyewitness Leslie Camacho reported that the helicopter was walking uncontrollably and smoke was coming out and then it fell into the water.
