Peshawar: Pakistani security forces have killed 10 terrorists in an intelligence based on intelligence in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The media branch of the army has given information about this campaign. According to a statement by ‘Inter-Services Public Relations’ (ISPR), the campaign was carried out in Bagh area between Sunday night to Monday night after receiving intelligence information about terrorist activities. 10 terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces.
Operation against terrorists continues
Let me tell you that recently, security forces had carried out two campaigns in Dera Ismail Khan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Seven terrorists were killed by security forces a day earlier, while 30 terrorists were killed in an operation in South Waziristan district last week.
Terrorist attacks have increased in Pakistan
Let me tell you that in the year 2025, when it comes to January, terrorist attacks in Pakistan have increased. This is 42 percent more than the last month of last year i.e. December 2024. Recently, a think tank gave information about this. The report also said that security forces killed 185 terrorists in January in anti -terrorism operations.
