Dhaka: The stalls of Bangladesh’s exiled writer Taslima Nasreen have been attacked by protesters. This stall was set up in Dhaka. The news said that a group under the banner of ‘Tauhidi Janata’ on the 10th day of the fair attacked the stall of Sabyasachi Prokashoni in Suharwardi Udyan to perform the display of books of exiled Bangladeshi writer Taslima Nasreen. It states that the group surrounded the publisher and shouted slogans. After which the police intervened and took the police, Sabyasachi publisher Shatabdi Vobo to her control room to restore the system.
Committee formed on attack

However, the Bangla Academy made it clear on Monday that it did not close any ‘stall’ and has not banned any books.

Mahfooz Alam, the real minister in the interim government and prominent leader of Bangladesh’s anti -discrimination student movement, issued a strict warning that strict legal action will be taken against the people involved in the mob violence. Addressing the ‘Tauhidi Janata’ group, he warned that if they indulge in violent acts, legal action would be taken against him without warning of breaking the law.
