Prime Minister Narendra Modi
Paris: Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Paris on Monday on a three-day visit, where he will co-head the ‘AI Action Summit’ with French President Emmanuel Macron and hold bilateral talks with him. The two leaders are considered to be very important for the purchase of new war aircraft from France and setting up small nuclear power reactors in India with the cooperation of France.
The Prime Minister will also pay tribute to the Indian soldiers who were martyred during the World War on his visit. The PM will stay in France from 10 to 12 February, after which America will leave for the second phase of the tour.
VVIP dinner organized in honor of PM Modi
In honor of the Prime Minister, the French government organized the VVIP dinner at the famous Elisy Palace on Monday night. Leaders of some other countries including French President Macron were present in it. This visit of PM Modi is 2 days. He will join the AI Summit today and will hold bilateral conversations with President Emmanuel Macron.
What is special in PM Modi’s visit to France?
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Modi will co-chair the ‘AI Action Summit’ with President Macron. Modi and Macron will also interact at the delegation level and will address the India-France CEO stage. On Wednesday, the two leaders will visit the Mazarguage War Memorial to pay tribute to Indian soldiers who sacrificed in World War I. He will inaugurate the new Consul General of India in Marsile. Modi and Macron will visit Cadarache, a high-science project, the site of the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER).
