Bilateral talks in India-China.
Beijing: Big news is coming out about the deadlock between India and China on the Ladakh on the Line of Actual Control for years. China’s Defense Ministry has issued a big statement on LAC deadlock on Thursday. China said that her and India’s forces are implementing proposals to end the deadlock in Eastern Ladakh with a “comprehensive and effective way”. Ministry spokesperson Senior Colonel Wu Qian, while answering a question related to the normal situation in the eastern Ladakh sector, said, “Currently, Chinese and Indian forces are implementing proposals related to border areas in a comprehensive and effective manner.”
He said, “We are willing to work closely with the Indian side to maintain peace and harmony in the border areas.” India and China have completed this (the return of soldiers) after finalizing an agreement for the return of soldiers from Depsang and Demchok at the end of last year. With the return of soldiers from these two places in East Ladakh, the deadlock in relations for more than four years ended.
