The Indian High Commission in Singapore will provide a condolence book to pay tribute to former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh.
The High Commission said that the condolence book will be available for signature on December 30 and 31 from 10:30 am to 12:30 noon and from 2:30 pm to 4 pm.
Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh (92) died on Thursday night at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
Expressing grief over the demise of the former Prime Minister, Chairman of ‘Sikh Advisory Board’ Malminderjit Singh said that Manmohan Singh has inspired many generations of Sikhs across the world and he will remain their source of inspiration.
Malminderjit, who was part of the delegation that came to India with the then Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in 2012, recalled his meeting with Manmohan Singh and said that Singh was a soft-spoken, patient and kind person.
