Deir al-Balah: At least 12 Palestinians, mostly women and children, have been killed in fresh attacks by Israel on the Gaza Strip. Officials have given information about this. The war that has been going on for about 15 months is continuing even on the occasion of New Year and there is no sign of its ending at the moment. One attack hit a house in the Jabaliya area of northern Gaza, a devastated part of the area. Here Israel has been running a major campaign since the beginning of the war.

Gaza’s health ministry said the attack killed seven people, including a woman and four children, and wounded at least a dozen others. A woman and a child were killed in another attack overnight in the Burij refugee camp in central Gaza, according to Al-Aqsa Shohada hospital. The army ordered people to evacuate an area near Burij overnight and said it would launch an attack there in response to a recent rocket attack by Palestinian militants. A third attack occurred early Wednesday in the southern city of Khan Yunis, killing three people, according to Nasser Hospital and European Hospital.
