Israel Eliminated Hamas Commander Mohammad Abu Itiwi
Jerusalem: War continues between Israel and Hamas. The Israeli army is wreaking havoc on Hamas terrorists. Many Hamas commanders have been killed so far in the continuous military action. In this sequence, Israel has once again achieved great success. The Israeli army has said that it has killed a Hamas commander. The killed commander was involved in the attack on southern Israel on October 7 last year. The special thing is that this commander also worked for the UN aid agency in Gaza Strip.
What did the Israeli army say?
The Israeli Army has said that Mohammad Abu Itiwi has been killed. He was a commander of Hamas and was involved in the killing and kidnapping of Israeli civilians. The army also said that Abu Itiwi was a Nukhba commander in the al-Burij battalion of Hamas’s Central Camp Brigade and was also an employee of UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency). There was no immediate comment from UNRWA about the Israeli accusation.

Earlier on Wednesday, UNRWA had said that one of its employees had been killed in an Israeli attack in the central Gaza Strip. UNRWA provides education, health and aid to millions of Palestinians in Gaza, the West Bank, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria. It has long had tense relations with Israel, but relations have deteriorated rapidly since the start of the war in Gaza and Israel has repeatedly called for the dissolution of UNRWA.
