The official said that Hamas’s negotiaters are going to Qatar, where the group has an office and talks with Israel have been held. Israel has not immediately commented on Hamas’s statement.

Hamas carried out a terrorist attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, after which the war started, which is still going on.
